Job Summary: Valle Nevado is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support the quotation, tracking, and purchasing of products and services to ensure optimal supply. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in quotation processes and purchase tracking. 2. Generate purchase orders and prepare comparative tables. 3. Update the supplier master file and manage the procurement process. **Recruitment Season for Valle Nevado Has Begun!!** Valle Nevado, South America's most modern ski resort, is currently recruiting personnel for the 2026 Winter Season. Therefore, we require a **Procurement Assistant**, whose primary mission is to assist in the quotation, tracking, and purchasing of products for the logistics department, ensuring optimal warehouse supply at Valle Nevado. **Responsibilities**: * Quote various options for purchasing products and services. * Generate purchase orders for different products and services. * Monitor and supervise the tracking of executed purchases. * Create and prepare comparative tables. * Update and maintain the supplier master file. * Communicate and track the procurement process. **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 18:30\. **Work Schedule:** 9x5 during low season / 10x4 during high season (working days x rest days). **Work Modality:** On-site / Hybrid. **Requirements**: Education Level: Degree related to Business Administration, Technical or Engineering in Logistics. Knowledge: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP system knowledge.
