What You Bring Required Qualifications We seek an individual with strong technical training, passion for continuous improvement, and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment. To succeed in this role, you need: A professional degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. Intermediate English proficiency, capable of reading technical documentation and participating in conversations. Operational familiarity with statistical and data analysis software such as Minitab, PI System, NWA, SIMCA, or others. Knowledge of basic and detailed engineering (ideally with experience in equipment design, e.g., pumps, tanks, and instrumentation).
