We seek professionals with a background in Logistics Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related technical degrees to work in the Production Submanagement of the Commercial Unit, based in Santiago (Pudahuel), Metropolitan Region. The purpose of this role is to lead continuous improvement of the plant’s production processes, ensuring compliance with productivity, quality, and food safety standards through implementation and sustainability of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology and operational excellence tools. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Implement and sustain TPM pillars (autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, focused improvements, education and training, initial control, and quality). **2\. Manage and improve key performance indicators:** OEE, productivity, yield loss, giveaway, rework, confiscation, production schedule adherence, and plant capacity utilization. 3\. Lead focused improvement projects (kaizen) to eliminate chronic losses and optimize line performance. Requirements 1\. Minimum 2 years of experience in production processes, including participation in TPM or operational excellence programs. 2\. TPM experience preferred; continuous improvement tools (5S, kaizen, root cause analysis); calculation and management of OEE and manufacturing KPIs; food safety and quality (HACCP, GMP). 3\.
