If interested, apply at https://www.emeral.cl/c/puestos/iNuCW8Jkd2fpDrY483CuKvNv **Responsibilities** Reporting directly to the Technical Sub-Manager, you will be responsible for implementing process improvements in the Company’s manufacturing operations, aiming to optimize and streamline each process through continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence across all Company departments. \- Responsible for applying continuous improvement (processes, products, facilities, and human resources) to achieve operational excellence and process optimization. \- Simplify, optimize, and enhance existing manufacturing processes within the organization. \- Monitor execution of established procedures in the Company’s product manufacturing flow. \- Drive improvement proposals, tools, methodological guidance, and advisory support to various Company departments involved in continuous improvement strategies. \- Support production departments to increase plant resource efficiency and ensure their availability. \- Responsible for preparing and training staff on all continuous improvement topics. **Requirements** \- Professional with knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement. \- Education: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree with professional academic qualification. **Experience and Competencies** \- Experience or knowledge of quality management systems in production environments. \- Prior experience: 2 years (non-exclusive). \- Experience and/or knowledge in team management. \- Ideally, knowledge and experience in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, 5S). \- Ideally, SAP knowledge. \- Ideally, knowledge of the food packaging sector. \- Strong results orientation. \- Process- and quality-oriented. \- Focused on innovation and continuous improvement. \- Ability to work autonomously.
