We are currently looking for a **Process Engineer** for our plant of **Compañía Pisquera de Chile**, located in **Monte Patria**. The purpose of this position is to ensure the pursuit of efficiencies and standardization of production processes across our plants, with the objective of minimizing production costs and increasing productive capacity, thereby driving more efficient, safe, and sustainable operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify improvement opportunities in production processes through analysis of key performance indicators, optimizing operations, increasing productivity, and reducing waste. * Analyze and monitor operational indicators of the area according to established standards, promoting deviation analysis and management of corrective and preventive actions using tools that capture operational efficiency. * Coordinate and promote continuous improvement projects, harmonizing best practices across plants and driving implementation of process improvements, incorporating automation and artificial intelligence tools. * Contribute to the implementation of TPM methodology, promoting cultural change management and participating in the design, implementation, and maintenance of performance standards associated with foundational practices and TPM pillars. * Manage the assigned budget through the establishment of work plans and strategies that enable achievement of objectives and contribute to operational efficiencies. * Verify compliance with the Internal Hygiene and Safety Regulation, promoting self-care, incident prevention, and active collaboration with the TPM Safety Pillar and the Company’s environmental guidelines. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Executive Engineering, or related fields. * 0–1 year of relevant experience required. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Power BI and Looker Studio proficiency desirable. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Monte Patria and to visit plants in the region. * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal transportation (desirable).
