Position Summary: We are seeking a Planning Engineer to manage, schedule, and control maintenance activities, optimizing resources and ensuring continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance planning and scheduling in mining or plants 2. Proficiency in SAP PM, MS Project, or Primavera P6 3. Deviation analysis and proposal of improvements **Job Description** ---------------------- Plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities and work execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Plan human, material, and equipment resources required for each activity. Monitor and control work progress. Update Gantt charts and management reports. Coordinate with operations and supervision for activity execution. Analyze deviations and propose improvement actions. Generate performance indicators (KPIs) and reports for contract administration. Use management systems such as SAP PM, MS Project, or Primavera P6\. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in mining or plants. * Proficiency in SAP PM. * Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6\. * Advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and resource management. * Medical fitness suitable for site work. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
