Key responsibilities include: * Collect and analyze market, customer, and commercial performance data to support strategic decision-making. * Prepare periodic reports with key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rate, average order value, and channel effectiveness. * Support identification of high-potential customer segments and definition of differentiated acquisition, retention, and growth strategies. * Support design and execution of commercial campaigns and incentive models to maximize opportunity conversion. * Support coordination with Product and Channel teams. * Support definition of commercial targets and their breakdown by segment, channel, and product. * Provide support in managing and optimizing incentive models for commercial teams. * Participate in managing and continuously improving commercial analytics and reporting tools. * Update customer contact database, contracted services database, and commercial activity records. * Analyze and recommend changes or adjustments to the commercial team configuration within the VP.
