Key Responsibilities: 1. Support seasonal staff recruitment and onboarding processes. 2. Manage and keep employment documentation and related records up to date. 3. Provide assistance and guidance to workers regarding administrative inquiries. We are looking for a **People Management Assistant** to join our **Ancud Plant** team during the production season, supporting the execution of core administrative processes and employee services. * Support seasonal staff recruitment and onboarding processes. * Manage and maintain up-to-date employment documentation and records associated with employees. * Enter, update, and validate employee information in the BUK platform, ensuring accurate administration and traceability of data. * Provide assistance and guidance to workers regarding administrative inquiries and benefits. * Coordinate the receipt and review of background documentation for hiring. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and accreditation activities.
