Job Summary: Supervise and support the operation and frequency of public transport services, verifying the execution and compliance with indicators and routes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time monitoring of frequency and route compliance Grupo Metropol, a public transport operating company, is seeking a COF Operator for the commune of Renca. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising and supporting the development of service operations and frequencies through information systems. Responsibilities: Verify the execution of service operations on route. Analyze indicators, prepare and submit reports. Identify buses experiencing breakdowns and escalate to the relevant department for immediate removal from service. Monitor in real time the compliance with frequency and regularity indicators. Verify compliance with routes officially approved by the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications (MTT). Report non-compliance incidents to the CMB. Work Schedule: 20 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays, from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, rotating shifts.
