Key Responsibilities: * Supervise cleaning staff and drivers on-site. * Coordinate shift scheduling, replacements, and service coverage. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients and supervisors. * Verify staff attendance, punctuality, and task completion. * Manage operational incidents and provide timely solutions. * Prepare and submit management reports and operational reports. * Monitor staffing levels and personnel requirements. * Supervise the proper use of machinery, equipment, and personal protective equipment. * Monitor the operational status of machinery and equipment used in services. * Review and approve staff advance payment requests in accordance with company policies. * Monitor performance indicators and service compliance. * Ensure adherence to safety regulations, risk prevention standards, and internal procedures.
