Leadership and operational team development **We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.** Supervise, coordinate, and optimize the operations of Emergent Cold LatAm’s Regional Facilities, ensuring efficiency, compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards, while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability. Coordinate all operations toward customers by supervising the execution of all plant activities. Responsible for implementing operational activities to comply with established business processes. Plans and organizes task management and required maneuvers to ensure technical and economic competitiveness and efficiency of the Operations area. Evaluates and controls optimal operating alternatives and commissioning procedures. Manages resources, costs, quality, and ensures business continuity. Maintain facilities under your responsibility in full operational condition, meeting customer needs and adhering to standardized internal procedures. Supervise daily operations of Emergent Cold LatAm’s Regional Facilities under your responsibility, ensuring proper storage, handling, and distribution of perishable or temperature-sensitive products. Guarantee compliance with international quality standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.) and local regulations governing storage and transportation. Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, product inflow and outflow processes, and operational timing. Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams at each facility under your jurisdiction. Set clear objectives for local teams and ensure their achievement through training plans and supervision. Foster an organizational culture based on safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Ensure recurring customer satisfaction through adherence to defined operational standards and company quality policies. Daily and repeatedly supervise the performance of personnel under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with work standards and procedures—on time, in the correct manner, and at the designated location.
