Description

Job Summary: Supports the Operations Department in various activities, including fleet tracking, documentation management, logistical coordination, and report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in operational and logistical management. 2. Participation in fleet monitoring and control. 3. Documentation management and report generation. Daily GPS-based fleet tracking of company trucks and vans. Entry of service-related information into company databases. Supporting the Operations Department in various required activities, such as: report generation, expense reports, petty cash handling, customer call reception, etc. Digitalization and archiving of documentation related to service execution. Supporting daily operational activity planning and coordination. Monitoring management indicators and generating operational reports. Managing and maintaining up-to-date operational documentation (forms, reports, guidelines, records). Supporting logistical coordination (transportation, equipment, supplies, etc.). On-site supervision of operational tasks as needed. Channeling operational staff requests to other departments (HR, maintenance, etc.). Assisting in inventory management and supply control.
