The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient operational performance in the logistics of valuables through comprehensive analysis, management and coordination of tasks, and administrative support to the Cash Operations Management areas, guaranteeing control and administration of human, systemic, and financial resources—with particular focus on managing and controlling the fixed fund allocated for route and Cash service operations. What will you do in this role? Comprehensive administration of the assigned fixed fund. Administration, control, and support to the assigned cashier for daily per diem payments and salary disbursement. Comprehensive management of staff uniforms: manage and update size records for personnel uniforms; process uniform requests due to wear and tear, size changes, and resolve unforeseen issues. Procurement and operational supply management: purchase of materials, tools, and cafeteria supplies for offices. Administration of personnel, documentation, and office equipment. What do we expect from you? - 1–2 years of experience in document administration and fund management platform administration. - Professional qualification: Technical degree in Business Administration. - Intermediate-level Office software proficiency (desirable). - Availability to work Monday to Friday, on-site in Renca.
