Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Psychologist to manage the end-to-end process of sourcing and selecting security guards, with emphasis on interpersonal skills and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the entire recruitment and selection process from start to finish. 2. Conduct interviews, psychotechnical assessments, and candidate follow-up. 3. Propose improvements to recruitment and selection processes. We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Psychologist! We are looking to bring onboard a Recruitment and Selection Psychologist to join our team at a private security company, where your primary challenge will be recruiting and selecting security guards. What do we offer? Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. Compensation: CLP $1.000.000 net + performance bonus. Work modality: On-site work, with periodic visits to company and client facilities. What will be your primary challenge? To be responsible for managing the full recruitment and selection process—from candidate sourcing through to onboarding—ensuring operational staffing coverage of at least 95%. Your main responsibilities will include: ✔ Conduct interviews and psychotechnical assessments. ✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. ✔ Perform candidate follow-up and onboarding support. ✔ Review and validate applicant documentation. ✔ Execute recruitment strategies, especially for operational positions. ✔ Visit facilities to understand requirements for various services and profiles. ✔ Collaborate closely with different departments and supervisors. ✔ Propose improvements to recruitment and selection processes. ✔ Ensure achievement of staffing coverage and headcount targets.
