We want you to be our next Nurse Coordinator to join our team. Position Purpose: Coordinate nationwide home care services for ACHS institutionalized dependent patients, ensuring continuity and quality of service provided. Ensure safety of patient care assistants (PPI) as well as their required training to perform the role of patient care assistant. Responsibilities: * Act as valid liaison with ACHS to coordinate home care services for ACHS institutionalized patients * Submit staffing requests to the People Department, specifying necessary job requirements (commune, shift modality), conduct clinical interviews with applicants, and coordinate shift schedules and start dates * Maintain continuity of home care services for all PPI patients * Develop the PPI TENS training curriculum for Achs Services; coordinate trainings both internally and with external providers; and deliver training on basic nursing techniques * Annually review and update established protocols for the PPI program; develop, define, and implement new protocols aligned with program updates * Act as liaison and lead audit processes with external providers * Refer workers in cases of work-related accidents, commuting accidents, or occupational diseases; prepare and manage required documentation according to Law 16.744 * Conduct home supervision visits for PPI caregivers (within and outside the Maule Region); conduct induction visits at the beginning of each service * Prepare home care supervision reports according to the periodicity established by PPI patient categorization * Coordinate external user satisfaction surveys; analyze results and develop action plans accordingly * All in order to comply with protocols and objectives of your work area Requirements for the ideal candidate: * University degree in Nursing * Desired: Studies or diploma related to Coordination or Management * Valid SIS registration * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office * Advanced level of SAP/Excel * At least 2 years of professional experience in Nursing roles - Nurse or Nurse Coordinator positions * Desirable: at least 2 years of professional experience in coordination roles * Current Hepatitis B vaccination certificate * Class B driver's license * Own transportation * Availability for interregional travel We offer: * Initial fixed-term contract, transitioning to indefinite * Work schedule: Article 22 / Hybrid * Market-competitive salary * Complementary health and dental insurance (shared cost) * Free life insurance * Hundreds of discounts as an Achs Services employee *This vacancy is suitable for persons with disabilities* We strive to be the best, delivering healthcare and logistics solutions for workers and their families.
