Coordinate and control the daily execution of operational transportation services, managing sales orders, monitoring routes, and addressing customer requirements to ensure continuity and service compliance.

At **VOLTA**, we lead the transformation of the waste management industry to realize a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Chile, and we are currently seeking a **Night Shift Transportation Coordinator** for the Metropolitan Region, Quilicura.
You will coordinate and control the daily execution of operational services, ensuring proper management of sales orders, real-time route tracking, customer requirement handling, operational service closure, and coordination of operational resources — all to guarantee operational continuity, fulfillment of committed services, and accurate billing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for managing the full daily cycle of sales orders generated each day.
* Responsible for handling and managing requirements from internal and external customers (customers and commercial executives), ensuring timely responses and service continuity.
* Execute daily route settlements upon completion of drivers’ shifts, verifying completed services, reviewing deviations, and recording operational information in the relevant systems.
* Monitor routes in real time and coordinate with operations supervisors to reschedule services that cannot be executed as planned.
* Coordinate fleet operational availability by planning preventive maintenance and technical inspections in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance departments.
* Maintain and update operational records in management systems, ensuring reliable information for control, analysis, and decision-making.
* Participate in operational audits, route inspections, and safety activities, verifying compliance with organizational procedures, controls, and established standards.
**Requirements:**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics Administration or Business Administration.
* Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating logistics services.
* Prior experience managing contractors is desirable.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
* ERP system experience is desirable.
* Class B driver’s license is desirable.
