Lagardère Travel Retail, a leading multinational company in the foodservice and customer service sector, currently expanding in Chile, is looking for Multifunctional Lounge Operators (Waiter/Waitress) for our locations at the **Nuevo Pudahuel Airport**. **Your Mission:** To efficiently and effectively manage the establishment’s daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, customer service, cleanliness, regulatory compliance, and profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-served. * Carry out food preparation processes and service timing. * Maintain accurate inventory control, receive goods, and store them appropriately. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety protocols. * Take orders, listen attentively to customer requests, and accurately record orders. * Answer questions and assist with inquiries regarding ingredients, allergens, or preparation times. * Manage payments, issue bills, and present the bill to the customer upon completion of their experience. * Process payments, handle cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Coordinate with the kitchen team, communicating orders and timing between customers and kitchen staff. * Resolve issues, handle complaints or concerns professionally and courteously. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (Humanities track) / Technical qualification. * Prior experience performing similar or identical duties is ideal. * Ability to work as part of a team and follow precise instructions. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a demanding environment. **Working Conditions:** * Full-time employment, with availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Day shifts (5x2 or 6x1\) \- Night shifts (4x3\) **We Offer:** * Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite-term. * Meals. * Commuter transportation. * Uniform. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Corporate Benefits:** * Compensation fund. * Opportunity to join a globally recognized company. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Supplementary Health Insurance (upon transition to indefinite-term contract).
