Job Description **JOIN ADT SECURITY SERVICES!** We are seeking **Alarm Monitoring Agents** for our monitoring center located in Providencia, Santiago. If you have a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and interest in the security industry, this opportunity is for you! **What will you do?** You will be responsible for managing signals received at our monitoring center, following established protocols to protect our customers. **Position Conditions:** 44-hour weekly work schedule 100% on-site work Fixed-term contract with potential extension to indefinite term Rotating shifts in the following formats: 6x1 and 5x2, with rotating schedules: Morning: 06:30 / 07:00 hrs Afternoon: 13:30 / 14:00 / 12:00 / 12:30 hrs Night: 21:30 / 22:00 hrs (Corporate transportation is provided for shifts with entry or exit between 22:00 and 07:00 hrs) **Requirements:** Completed secondary education Customer service experience Basic PC proficiency **Benefits:** Direct employment contract with ADT Excellent working environment Job stability and professional development Base salary \+ variable compensation of approximately CLP 650,000 **Location: Providencia, Santiago** Join a leading electronic security company and make a difference every day!
