Supervision of mechanical work at the mine site (crushing, grinding, flotation, etc.) 2. Validation of maintenance guidelines, spare parts, and procedures 3. Ensuring compliance with mining safety regulations SIGMA S.A., an integrated service company for mining and engineering providing solutions in construction, commissioning, and maintenance, is seeking personnel for one of its projects at the Rajo Inca Mining Site for the position of: Mechanical Supervisor. **Job Summary:** Responsible for coordinating and supervising field mechanical maintenance crews, ensuring technical compliance, safety, and efficiency in plant operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise mechanical work at the mine site (crushing, grinding, flotation, etc.). * Validate maintenance guidelines, spare parts, and procedures. * Assign daily tasks and monitor on-site execution. * Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations. **Requirements:** Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (5 years of experience) or Higher Technical Diploma (* 8 years of experience). * Proven experience in mining maintenance (crushers, mills, pumps). * Knowledge of SAP and blueprint reading. * Valid driver's license.
