Production Operator – Patty Manufacturing **La Birra Bar Chile** is looking to hire **Production Operators** to work at our plant, participating in the formulation of our **patties (hamburgers)** while ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, production, and hygiene standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the formulation and production process of patties. * Prepare, weigh, and handle raw materials according to recipes and established procedures. * Operate machinery and equipment associated with the production process. * Perform shaping, portioning, and packaging of products. * Verify the weight, size, appearance, and quality of patties. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, equipment, and utensils. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and food handling procedures. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in production plants, food industry, factories, or similar sectors. **(Desirable)** * Experience in food handling. **(Desirable)** * Knowledge of hygiene and food handling regulations. * Availability to work on-site at the production plant. * Ability to work as a team and follow instructions and procedures. * Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment. **We Are Looking For:** Responsible, committed, and proactive individuals who are eager to learn and collaborate as a team, and who prioritize maintaining high standards of **quality, hygiene, and food safety** throughout the entire production process. **Work Location:** Production Plant. **General San Martín, Quilicura**.
