Purpose of the Role: To provide strategic and timely information for corporate decision-making through the consolidation, analysis, and automation of data from various departments and business units, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability via integration, automation, and analytical tools that strengthen data-driven management and ensure achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities: Consolidate financial and operational information from various departments, business units, and corporate sources, ensuring data consistency and quality. Analyze financial and operational results, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities across departments. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes, delivering consolidated analysis and supporting responsible departments. Administer and maintain databases used for reporting and management analysis, ensuring data integrity, quality, and traceability. Automate recurring reports using digital tools, integrating financial, operational, and commercial information from multiple sources. Analyze information requirements of user departments and propose digital solutions to optimize reporting and control processes. Implement continuous improvements to information generation and distribution processes, evaluating available new tools and technologies. Conduct exploratory analysis on corporate databases to identify trends, variances, and business improvement opportunities. Must be available to work in a hybrid mode (on-site at the Quilicura branch). Minimum 3 years of prior work experience performing duties aligned with this role. Proficiency in financial statements, KPIs, and dashboard development. Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables), SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python. * Minimum 3 years of experience * Minimum education level: University degree
