Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation of equipment and facilities, responding to maintenance requests and safeguarding operational continuity. We are currently seeking a **Senior Maintenance Technician** to join our team at the production plant. **Job Objective** Ensure equipment and facility availability and proper operation by responding to maintenance requests and ensuring appropriate use of resources, quality, personal and others' safety, as well as operational continuity. **️ Key Responsibilities** * Respond to **corrective maintenance** requests. * Execute scheduled **preventive and corrective maintenance** plans. * Participate in **failure analysis** and propose improvements. * Supervise interventions carried out by external or third-party service providers. * Perform administrative management tasks. * Replace the supervisor during vacations or absences. **✅ Requirements** * **Driver's license** for vehicles and tractors. * **Residence in Melipilla and availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.** * Verified technical education in **Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields**. * Knowledge of: Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Lubrication, and Industrial Electricity. * **Experience in mass-consumption production plants** within the maintenance area. * **Leadership and teamwork skills**. **Work Location** Production plant located in **Melipilla – on the road to Lake Rapel**.
