We are looking for a Maintenance Operator to join our Circcular plant located in Renca. **Responsibilities**: * **Machinery Operation:** Ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation of assigned production machinery. * **Autonomous Maintenance:** Timely execution of preventive and corrective autonomous maintenance to maximize equipment availability. * **Problem Resolution (TPM):** Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies proactively to resolve failures and optimize assets. * **Process Optimization:** Use analytical thinking to identify losses in the production process and propose improvements. * **Safety and Quality:** Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply strictly with the company’s safety and quality standards. **Requirements**: * Higher Technical Degree in **Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics**, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance for industrial machinery. * Experience applying the **TPM** methodology. * **Skills and Competencies:** * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to diagnose failures and detect inefficiencies or losses in the production line. * **Proactivity:** Prevention-oriented approach and timely problem resolution. * Commitment to industrial safety standards and quality control.
