We are hiring a **Machine Room Operator** to support the operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems that ensure product quality and operational continuity of the plant. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and assist in the functioning of refrigeration equipment (compressors, condensers, evaporators), promptly reporting any anomalies or malfunctions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance following established safety protocols. * Assist in repairs and keep records of operations performed to ensure proper equipment management. * Verify that refrigeration systems comply with current environmental and safety regulations. ### **Job Requirements** Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electromechanical Technician or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in operation and maintenance of industrial or commercial refrigeration systems. Knowledge of ammonia and/or freon systems. Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and use measurement tools (thermometers, pressure gauges, etc.). ### **Benefits"
