The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning, implementation, and launch of the new operational framework, ensuring an orderly, controlled, and business-objective-aligned migration. Their primary focus will be safeguarding operational continuity, inventory traceability, and adherence to defined project milestones. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead the planning and execution of the logistics transition project. * Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure correct implementation of the 3PL model. * Ensure operational continuity throughout the migration process. * Oversee inventory traceability and milestone compliance. * Report progress and risks to project leadership. ### **Required Profile** * Professional with proven experience in logistics project management and/or operational transition projects. * Knowledge of logistics outsourcing models (3PL). * Leadership, planning, and multidisciplinary coordination skills. * Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure. ### **Position Conditions** * **Working Hours:** Article 22\. * **Workplace:** Metrogas head office and warehouse. * **Required Tools and PPE:** Laptop, safety shoes, helmet, and vest.
