Position Summary: Ensure product receipt, processing, and availability while optimizing processes, managing risks, leading teams, and pursuing continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with the National and Imported Receiving Plan. 2. Lead and monitor the receiving process and its KPIs. 3. Evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in processes. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure product receipt, processing, and availability by meeting operational plans, optimizing processes, and controlling risks. Your responsibilities will include: Ensure compliance with the National and Imported Receiving Plan. Ensure compliance with the monthly plan for processing and making standardized products available to distribution centers (DCs) for proper distribution or allocation per corporate policy. Contribute to supplier performance and experience for both national and imported suppliers. Lead and monitor the receiving process. Monitor departmental KPIs. Identify and manage potential operational risks. Evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement across existing operational processes and workflows. Participate in cross-functional company initiatives. Maintain appropriate standards of order and cleanliness in work areas. Ensure personnel safety, foster a positive work environment, and promote company values. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience in logistics operations * Experience in retail * Experience leading a team of approximately 40 people.
