We are currently inviting candidates with a background in Industrial Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field to apply for the Logistics Operations Leader position, based at our headquarters with visits to various dispatch locations across plants. The purpose of this role is to manage industrial dispatch performance indicators by collaborating with supply chain planning and plant production teams, ensuring visibility for Industrial Management and the Supply Chain. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage industrial dispatch KPIs, developing a sustainable long-term work plan focused on medium- and long-term solutions. Coordinate and collaborate with supply chain planning and plant production teams to ensure operational visibility and tracking. Analyze and monitor key indicators such as FEFO, In Full, process times, and costs. Drive organizational change and influence stakeholders through data and indicator analysis, promoting improvements in logistics management. **Mandatory Requirements:** **Education Level:** University degree. **Field of Study:** Industrial Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline. **Work Experience:** Minimum 3 years of professional experience. **Specific Experience:** Experience in logistics and operations. **Technology Tools:** Proficiency in SAP. **Technology Tools:** Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** **Experience:** Industrial sector experience. **Technology Tools:** Familiarity with automation tools. **Technology Tools:** Familiarity with data analysis tools. **Language:** English.
