You will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities in operational processes, developing analyses and solutions that enhance the efficiency, productivity, and quality of our logistics operations. To achieve this, you will work with data, technological tools, and various business teams—transforming information into concrete actions that add value. What will you do daily? Analyze operational indicators and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Gather requirements, design, and implement initiatives that optimize logistics flows and processes. Develop analytical models and reporting tools to support decision-making. Use technological and data analysis tools to generate insights and improvement proposals. Collaborate cross-functionally with various operational areas to advance efficiency and transformation projects. What are we looking for? Industrial Civil Engineering degree or related field. Interest in or knowledge of operations, logistics, or supply chain. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and/or Power BI. Strong analytical ability, results orientation, and focus on continuous improvement. Proactivity and eagerness to challenge the status quo. Why apply?
