At Garces Fruit, we are seeking a Line Operator to join our Production Team at our Industrial Plant in Malloa. Your mission will be to maintain the efficient and correct operation of the production line, ensuring accuracy in product identification and traceability, as well as performing preventive and operational maintenance at your workplace, all to meet the Company's required standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. What will you do in this role? 1\. Correctly adjust the line's operating parameters and perform necessary changes accordingly 2\. Review packaging instructions and distribute outputs efficiently, correctly segregating fruit and reporting any changes made 3\. Operate the PLU label applicator machine 4\. Report and record line stoppages 5\. Initiate and enable system-based line traceability 6\. Assign and verify labels in accordance with the producer and the process assigned to the fruit. Requirements: Completed Secondary Education or Technical Professional degree in industrial automation and control, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions Availability for rotating shifts during peak season Personal transportation Desirable knowledge of fruit species and varieties If you are enthusiastic about contributing to the production process, we look forward to your application!
