Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** **If you’re passionate about developing talent and making a business impact, this challenge is for you.** **We are looking for a Learning Analyst** responsible for driving the development strategy for Chile Operations through the design, implementation, and tracking of training initiatives aimed at strengthening the capabilities of operational talent. This role is critical to ensuring the proper execution of the learning agenda, promoting agile, digital, and business-priority-aligned learning experiences. You will work closely with Operations leaders, HR, and regional teams to guarantee impact on performance and the development of critical skills for both the present and future of the business. **Your Impact** Lead and implement training initiatives for operational teams, promoting modern and effective learning experiences. Ensure proper coordination and execution of training programs (in-person, virtual), guaranteeing quality and reach. Manage learning platforms (e.g., LMS) and track compliance with mandatory trainings. Monitor and analyze learning metrics (participation, adoption, impact), generating reports and insights to support decision-making. Identify training needs in collaboration with Operations leaders and propose business-aligned solutions. Support regional/global learning initiatives, ensuring their correct local adoption. Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development within operations. Coordinate external vendors and facilitate sessions when necessary. Participate in digitalization and continuous improvement projects for the Learning/Business area. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. Prior experience in training, learning, or development roles (ideally in operational/industrial or mass-consumption environments). Knowledge of LMS platform management (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Schoox, or others). Experience analyzing training data and metrics. Strong organizational, planning, and multi-stakeholder management skills. Results-oriented and internally customer-focused. Intermediate English proficiency.
