Key responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment on-site. \- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or electromechanical failures. \- Support daily task organization and distribution. \- Inspect the condition of equipment, tools, and spare parts required for operations. \- Report progress, updates, and deviations to the supervisor or direct manager. \- Support operational continuity of assigned equipment at construction sites. \- Comply with the company's established safety, quality, and maintenance procedures. Requirements: Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Heavy Machinery, or related field. Solid on-site experience with heavy machinery and construction equipment.
