




Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations Coordinator to lead and oversee labor relations processes, ensuring required staffing levels and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and oversees labor relations processes at the assigned site. 2. Supports collective bargaining negotiations and manages labor documentation. 3. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing labor relations processes at the assigned site to ensure required staffing levels for operations, in accordance with company policies, contractual conditions, and current labor regulations. Responsibilities * Support the planning, coordination, and execution of both regulated and non-regulated collective bargaining processes. * Draft, review, and propose improvements to collective agreements, collective contracts, minutes of agreement, contract annexes, and labor protocols. * Analyze labor and union clauses to ensure consistency with current labor legislation and internal organizational guidelines. * Prepare drafts of collective instruments, negotiation minutes, and minutes of union meetings. * Maintain documentary control of collective bargaining processes and union agreements. * Coordinate meetings with unions and record minutes and associated commitments. * Prepare technical reports and presentations for the Labor Relations Management team. * Support the administration of relationships with union leaders. * Monitor compliance with commitments made during bargaining processes. * Interpret applicable labor regulations and propose preventive actions for the organization. * Advise operational departments on fundamental labor matters. * Support labor dispute resolution and proceedings before the Labor Directorate, as applicable. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Technician, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role related to this position, such as Labor Relations Coordinator. * Experience working with trade unions. * Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
