Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and comply with hygiene standards for food preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and ingredients as applicable. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute meals to rooms and dining areas according to the prescribed regimen and daily schedule. Requirements * At least 1 year of relevant experience. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Must reside in Puerto Montt — mandatory.
