Opportunity for growth within the restaurant **About the Position** Rengo Harvest Kitchen is a welcoming restaurant located in Rengo, O'Higgins Region, focused on providing fresh, affordable meals and friendly service to the local community. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d) to support our kitchen team in food preparation, cleaning, ingredient handling, and daily kitchen operations. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals starting their career in the food service industry. Prior experience in a professional kitchen is valued but not required. Candidates with no prior professional experience are also welcome to apply. **Education:** Basic secondary education is preferred but not mandatory. **Skills:** Basic ability to follow instructions, maintain cleanliness, work in a team, and organize tasks during high-activity periods. **Languages:** Sufficient Spanish to communicate with coworkers and follow job instructions. **Attitude:** Responsible, eager to learn, punctual, and comfortable working in a dynamic restaurant environment. Salary: $500\.000 \- $700\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
