Currently, RedSalud Iquique Clinic is seeking a **Junior Analyst for the Procurement area**, who will be responsible for supporting the area’s operational and analytical management, contributing to continuous process improvement and achievement of organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Document, analyze, and validate workflows together with operational teams across various clinics. * Manage and prioritize requirements, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards. * Actively participate in continuous improvement and operational optimization initiatives. * Collect, analyze, and interpret information to support decision-making. * Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and process tracking. * Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and information control. * Support processes related to databases and information migration. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Job Requirements** * Commercial Engineer or related degree. * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Advanced Excel.** * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Residence in the Tarapacá Region (mandatory). * Knowledge of databases and information migration. * Desired experience in process elicitation and modeling (flowcharting). * Desired familiarity with the healthcare sector. **Valued Competencies** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and initiative. * Collaborative work and effective communication. * Orientation toward continuous improvement.
