Job Summary: Provide and execute on-site technical assistance for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technological assets, networks, and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support operational continuity and internal or external customer satisfaction. 2. Installation, configuration, technical support, and incident resolution. 3. Preventive maintenance and documentation of technical interventions. At AEROSAN, we are seeking an Information Technology Technician Intern to join our team at the International Cargo Terminal at the Airport. The role involves supporting and executing on-site technical assistance processes for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization’s technological assets, networks, and systems, ensuring operational continuity and internal or external customer satisfaction. · Responsibilities Execute installation, configuration, technical support, diagnosis, and incident resolution related to technological assets, networks, and systems, providing on-site technical assistance to users to ensure continuous operation and internal customer satisfaction. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and technological infrastructure. Record and document technical interventions related to the configuration of technological assets and systems. Record and document recurring procedures, instructions, or forms. Regularly record and update the inventory of computing equipment, peripherals, and technological components, registering additions, removals, movements, and assignments in the corresponding tool. · Requirements Have School Insurance. Be able to complete an internship of at least 3 months, with possibility of extension. Availability for on-site work at the Airport.
