This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising import and export processes, ensuring shipment traceability and regulatory compliance at every stage of the international supply chain. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and track maritime, air, and land shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics operators. * Audit international trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, certificates of origin, and customs folders). * Coordinate customs clearance and import formalities with appointed customs agents. * Monitor costs associated with freight, warehousing, and local expenses, aiming to optimize the operational budget. * Consolidate shipment status reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for department leadership. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade Engineering, International Business, Logistics Engineering, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience in similar roles involving international trade and import/export management. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in English (technical reading and written communication). * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Softland) and Excel-based analytical tools. * Residence in or willingness to commute to the Alonso de Córdova area, Vitacura. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS** * Monthly net salary of $2\.350\.000 CLP. * Direct employment contract with GNMI Online SpA. * Professional work environment within an established corporate sector with high connectivity.
