Join us and bring out the best in you at Grupo Planeta! ***ACCOUNTING INTERN*** We are seeking an intern to actively support the accounting operations of a business line, contributing to obtaining information for decision-making and optimizing accounting processes. If you wish to apply your accounting knowledge within a leading company in its field, this opportunity may be right for you. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Daily recording of economic transactions for a business line. * Performing bank reconciliations. * Calculating monthly taxes F\-29\. * Scheduling supplier payments. * Applying customer payments to their current accounts. * Assisting in preparing monthly closings (Balance Sheet and Income Statement). **What we offer:** * Financial stipend * Participation in accounting functions within a real corporate environment, covering the full accounting cycle. * Learning about the publishing industry from the Accounting department. * Developing skills/knowledge in account analysis, monthly tax calculation, interpretation of financial indicators, and collaborative work across various organizational departments. * Preferred duration: 6 months * Location: Providencia (On-site) **What we are looking for:** * Students pursuing degrees in Accounting or Auditing * Valid student insurance * Curiosity, analytical thinking, initiative, and eagerness to learn. * Desired knowledge of: + Excel (Intermediate\-Advanced) + ERP accounting system * Interest in process automation.
