At Agrosuper, we are looking to incorporate into our team a professional who will take on the challenge of serving as Innovation Project Leader at our Central Office. The mission of this position is to lead and manage the innovation process within AS, ensuring the generation of impact and value for the company. **Main Responsibilities:** Design the innovation strategy for your unit in collaboration with the Corporate Manager, defining resource allocation priorities, key performance indicators, and expected outcomes over a two-year horizon. Design and implement a governance structure within your unit, with monthly frequency and a mixed composition, oriented toward decision-making and reporting. Design and implement work structures and processes that ensure validation, implementation, and scaling of an innovation portfolio comprising exploitation and exploration projects. Empower and supervise the development of innovative projects within your unit, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. **Job Requirements:** Professional degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Innovation course or diploma. Minimum two years of experience leading projects. Experience in innovation, operational excellence, project management, or technology. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — mandatory requirement. Intermediate-level English proficiency — mandatory requirement. Power BI and SAP proficiency — desirable. Availability to work onsite at the Central Office, Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00 hours.
