Operational Monitoring: Supervise production, packaging, and dispatch processes, ensuring line continuity and technological equipment performance. Shift and Personnel Management: Lead staff rotation, set period priorities, and manage attendance requirements or overtime hours. Logistics and Maintenance Support: Coordinate with the technical department to execute urgent repairs and support management in internal equipment distribution.
