At Maihue, we are looking for a **Component Painter**, responsible for preparing and painting parts and components of our purification equipment, contributing to delivering products with excellent appearance while meeting the company’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare metallic and polyurethane (PU) parts for the painting process, performing cleaning, sanding, and surface conditioning as required. * Apply paint and finishes to parts and components of purification equipment. * Verify that painted parts exhibit a uniform, high-quality finish. * Keep tools and equipment used during the process clean and in good working condition. * Report any defects or anomalies detected in parts before or after the painting process. * Support tasks related to component preparation and finishing when required. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in industrial, automotive, or metal-mechanical painting—or similar roles—is desirable. * Basic knowledge of surface preparation and handling of painting tools and equipment. * Experience working with metallic parts and plastic or polyurethane components is desirable. **Benefits:** * Meals provided by Maihue. * Supplementary health, life, and dental insurance. * Birthday afternoon off. * Ongoing training.
