Analyze failures to improve equipment reliability and availability. **Job Description** We are seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Manager** to lead the planning and execution of maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, asset reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance** programs for equipment and facilities. * Lead technical teams by assigning tasks and supervising completion of scheduled work. * Coordinate maintenance interventions to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations. * Analyze recurring failures and implement actions to improve **equipment reliability and availability**. * Manage budgets, spare parts, tools, and resources required for maintenance activities. * Coordinate with suppliers and contracted companies, supervising quality, timelines, and adherence to standards. * Monitor maintenance KPIs and propose initiatives for **continuous improvement and cost optimization**. **Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance**, or a related field. * **4 to 6 years of experience** in maintenance of industrial plants, machinery, or production equipment. * Experience leading technical teams and coordinating maintenance plans. * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; failure diagnostics; and asset management. * Proficiency in **Excel** and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); ERP experience is desirable. * Knowledge of industrial safety and safe work procedures. * Leadership, planning ability, problem-solving skills, organization, and results orientation.
