What we expect from you: Responsible for project document control and administration, meeting deadlines and budgets, and preparing reports and documentation. Communication and coordination among various departments and technical offices. Key responsibilities: Prepares payment statements, monitors budget and project development progress; manages subcontractors, documentation, and records; directs and supervises on-site progress; prepares technical documentation or reports required by contract; communicates with Climate, Electrical, and BMS departments; prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
