Their work contributes to achieving strategic objectives through continuous and holistic optimization of processes and resource utilization. * Collaborate with specialist areas to develop the Unit’s process flows and indicators enabling collective efficiency gains. * Diagnose, advise on, and support the implementation of improvements to information systems for process management and data utilization. * Advise on and ensure the development of the Unit’s operational models to achieve strategic goals. * Identify, propose, and support improvements to the Unit’s operational and systemic processes, contributing to resource optimization and addressing new challenges. ### **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements** * Professional degree as an **Industrial Civil Engineer** or related field. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Availability to work during **administrative hours**. **Desired Requirements** * Proficiency in **SAP**. * Experience leading processes and initiatives. * Minimum of **1 year** of relevant experience. * Competencies in **planning**, **problem solving**, **influence**, **communication**, **active listening**, and **quality**.
