We seek someone like you to join our team and help us continue improving people's lives. Currently, a Foreman is required to work on the Concessioned Highway located in the VIII Region of Bío Bío. JOB MISSION: Responsible for supervising on-site task execution by the assigned crew, ensuring correct conditions and processes to comply with requirements established by the Operations Department. FUNCTIONS: . Supervise on-site operation of various tasks within their specialty, instructing personnel under their supervision to ensure assigned work is performed according to schedule and quality standards. . Identify and control risks at work fronts, informing staff about on-site safety to safeguard personnel welfare. . Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of on-site and plant tools for proper functionality, enabling their use in corresponding tasks. . Perform assigned tasks in accordance with safe work procedures established by their supervisor and the Risk Prevention Department, identifying and requesting necessary equipment and supplies to successfully carry out their duties—all to enable safe working environments. . Prepare daily reports (Operational Logs) precisely indicating completed work, its location, and resources used. . Submit daily photographic documentation of completed work, and specifically when addressing observations requiring correction.
