Job Overview
Pacifica Industrial Technologies SpA is seeking an experienced and results\-oriented **Finance Manager** to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and financial management activities. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights, strengthen financial controls, and support management in making sound business decisions.
The ideal candidate is an analytical and organized finance professional with strong leadership skills, excellent financial knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
* Monitor company financial performance, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
* Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to senior management.
* Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial resources.
* Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
* Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Support cost\-control and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Coordinate with accounting, operations, procurement, and other departments on financial matters.
* Ensure financial records and reports are accurate and prepared on time.
* Assist with financial audits, compliance requirements, and internal reviews.
* Provide leadership and guidance to finance and accounting personnel.
* Present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to company leadership.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration**, or a related field.
* Master’s degree or professional finance/accounting certification is an advantage.
* **3–5\+ years of experience** in finance, accounting, financial planning, or a related management role.
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills.
* Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and financial reporting tools.
* Experience with ERP, accounting, or financial management systems.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision\-making abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity.
* Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross\-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, technology, logistics, mining, or infrastructure environment.
* Strong knowledge of cash\-flow and working\-capital management.
* Experience developing financial models and performance dashboards.
* Knowledge of financial risk management and internal controls.
* Familiarity with Chilean accounting and financial regulations.
