We are currently seeking a Filling Operator for our plant located in Antofagasta. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform the receipt, classification, and production/packaging processes for: high-pressure cylinders, bundles, cryo-carriers, and cryogenic dewars; industrial, medical, and industrial specialty gases; and deliver them to the supply chain, in compliance with production instructions and procedures. * Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standards at all stages of the process. * Issue safe work permits according to area responsibilities. * Participate in BSP system activities and safety audits. * Properly use the cylinder traceability system (PACT), ensuring accurate data entry and labeling in accordance with standards. * Conduct inspections, autonomous maintenance, and inventory control of empty cylinders (RT). * Implement and maintain operational ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BPM, and BPA management systems. * Perform minor maintenance tasks on valves, connections, or packages as required. **Requirements:** * Technical training in mechanics, electricity, or electromechanics is preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production processes or industrial plants. * Knowledge of Industrial Safety. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with SAP. * Valid Class D driver’s license (mandatory requirement). * Availability to work Monday through Friday on rotating shifts (07:00–15:30, 14:00–22:30, or 22:30–07:00). * Availability for occasional travel (20%).
