**Role Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Event Coordinator** to manage the planning, organization, and execution of our company’s events. From intimate corporate meetings to large\-scale conferences and social gatherings, you will be the driving force behind every logistical detail, ensuring that every event runs smoothly, on budget, and exceeds expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Planning \& Strategy**
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
* Develop comprehensive event project plans, timelines, and production schedules.
* Research and select venues, vendors, caterers, and entertainment.
* Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to ensure cost\-efficiency.
**Logistics \& Execution**
* Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all events.
* Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and hospitality for speakers, VIPs, and attendees.
* Manage on\-site staff, volunteers, and third\-party vendors.
* Troubleshoot issues in real\-time to ensure a seamless guest experience.
**Marketing \& Communication**
* Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, invitations, and signage.
* Manage event registration, ticketing systems, and attendee communication.
* Develop social media content and post\-event follow\-up campaigns.
**Post\-Event Analysis**
* Collect and analyze feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
* Prepare detailed post\-event reports, including ROI analysis and recommendations for future events.
* Maintain an up\-to\-date database of contacts, suppliers, and event assets.
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills \& Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
* Proven track record of managing events from conception to execution (portfolio preferred).
* Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Asana, Trello).
