This position will be located at the La Negra Plant in Antofagasta. The role is responsible for effectively and promptly analyzing and controlling the environmental impact arising from the company's operations, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and state regulations, to ensure clean and sustainable production. **What You'll Do** * Effectively and efficiently control and manage identified environmental impacts within work areas. * Evaluate and analyze management and productivity indicators for the work area. * Prepare monthly reports on organizational actions for environmental protection and compliance with governmental regulations. * Recommend and implement process improvements for environmental protection. * Review projects with environmental implications. **What You Bring** **Required:** * Environmental Engineer; Chemical Engineer with environmental training; or Agricultural Engineer with environmental training. * Operational proficiency in SAP, Office, Project, Arcview, and mRisk Software. * Class B Driver's License (Desirable) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate English level (reading, speaking, and writing) (Desirable) **"Albemarle is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified candidates will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
