We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** for our plant located in **Salamanca (Pelambres)**. Job Mission To manage, control, and safeguard warehouse inventory, ensuring supply availability through proper inventory management, dispatch, and storage. Additionally, to provide on-site customer service and support, ensuring professional, high-quality interactions aligned with company standards. Main Responsibilities * Manage the warehouse and protect company assets. * Receive, inspect, and verify goods for quality and quantity. * Conduct selective and comprehensive inventories, ensuring alignment between system records and physical stock. * Manage material replenishment according to stock levels and demand. * Coordinate transportation and product replenishment to mining sites. * Provide on-site customer service and coordinate deliveries at mining sites. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedural standards. Requirements * Education: Mechanical, Industrial Technician or related field (minimum degree; program of at least 2 years). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehouse functions (preferred). * Mining site experience preferred. * Basic SAP and Excel skills (preferred). * Class B and D driver’s license (mandatory). * Residence in Salamanca (mandatory). * Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule (08:00–20:00 hrs, daily rotating shifts).
